Courier Fees: Courier Fees are calculated according to your address

Orders may be collected for free from Westville, please make arrangements with Heather beforehand.

Durban Delivery:

If your address is within 100 km of Durban City Centre, a flat rate of R115 will be added to your order at checkout.

If your address is outside of Kwa-ZuluNatal, a flat rate of R145 will be added to your order at checkout.

Rural Delivery / Small Order:

If you live in an outerlying area a quote for delivery will be calculated and then added to your order once you have approved the quote amount.

If you are ordering 1 item we can quote on a small parcel.

How long will my order take?

Once we have proof of payment we will dispatch your order. The Courier can take anything from 2-7 working days. Delivery times cant be guaranteed, but we will do our best to keep you informed if there are delays. If it is an urgent order please let us know.

Stock Shortages:

Should the product you have ordered be out of stock we will contact you to suggest alternatives or let you know when it is expected back.
